uegos Grill is a family-owned labor of love, born from a shared passion for authentic Argentine culture and high-end hospitality. I am Chef G, born and raised in Buenos Aires, where I first learned the "Ritual of Fire" with a Gaucho knife gifted by my grandfather. Rebecca and I met in Costa Rica, and together, we built Fuegos Grill to bring that same spirit of connection to the Blue Ridge Mountains.

While I focus on the flame, drawing on 20 years of experience—from running my restaurant, Las Piedras, to mastering live-fire techniques—Rebecca acts as the heartbeat of the guest experience. As your Host, she oversees the flow of the evening, the aesthetics, and every detail of service. While I am perfecting the sear and the boldest flavors, Rebecca ensures the atmosphere remains as refined as the menu, allowing you to relax and truly be a guest at your own party.
