uegos Grill is more than a catering company; it is a family-owned labor of love. I am Chef G, born and raised in the vibrant culinary culture of Buenos Aires. My journey began with a single Gaucho knife—a gift from my grandfather—that sparked a lifelong obsession with the art of the flame and continued by running Las Piedras, a top-rated restaurant where I honed the techniques I use today.
With over 18 years at the grill, I’ve spent my life perfecting the "Ritual of Fire." For me, the fire isn't just a heat source; it’s a living element that brings people together, turning a simple meal into an unforgettable, shared moment.

hile my roots are Argentinian, the heart of Fuegos Grill was truly formed when I met my wife, Rebecca, while we were both living in Costa Rica. Our partnership is the foundation of every event we host.
As your Host, Rebecca ensures that the atmosphere is as refined as the food is bold. While I am focused on the embers and the perfect sear, Rebecca is focused on you—managing the flow of the evening and the details of the service so you can be a guest at your own party.
